HOW WE OPERATE

For every project, we assign a dedicated working foreman who serves as your primary point of contact on-site. This foreman is hands-on, highly experienced, and responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities, working in with other trades, overseeing quality control, and ensuring the project runs according to schedule. Their role is integral in maintaining clear communication and resolving issues swiftly and effectively.

We maintain a core team of skilled carpenters on each project to ensure continuity and consistency in workmanship. Our team members are carefully selected not only for their technical expertise but also for their reliability, professionalism, and ability to work collaboratively with other trades and site managers.

Where required, we have the capacity to scale up our workforce to meet tighter deadlines or evolving site demands—without compromising the quality or cohesion of our service.

Once your project is awarded, I will personally facilitate an introduction between you and the assigned foreman / leading hand. This meeting ensures early alignment on expectations, project milestones, and communication protocols. It’s also an opportunity to walk through the construction schedule together, identify key stages, and integrate our team seamlessly into your broader project delivery plan.
